Return & Repair Policy

At Mountain Gems Hand Crafted, your satisfaction is our priority.

Free Returns – 14 Days

We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, original condition.
• All accompanying materials (certificates, tags, etc.) must be included.

To initiate a return, please contact our team at info@mountaingemshc.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Repairs

If your item needs repair, please email us at info@mountaingemshc.com. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if possible. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Exclusions

• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
• Items damaged through misuse or neglect are not eligible for free returns or free repairs.
